Cobblemon Eternal is a modpack that expands Cobblemon into an exploration-focused RPG, adding quests, custom systems, and a broad collection of mods around catching and battling Pokémon. Explore a world of dungeons, gyms, Raid Dens, and wild trainer encounters, then challenge Gym Leaders, battle raid bosses, and catch the Pokémon you find. Raids reward powerful loot and offer a chance to catch Raid Bosses, while battles can earn currency to spend on special items. The pack includes Mew, Rayquaza, Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno as catchable Legendary Pokémon; its description notes that the custom capture system for Legendaries is still in progress. Quests, custom recipes, NPC trainers, and a combat system inspired by Pokémon Legends: Arceus provide additional ways to progress and engage with the world. Its wider adventure toolkit includes spellcasting, craftable flying machines, and expanded terrain and structures, with examples such as Terralith, When Dungeons Arise, and YUNG’s improved Nether Fortresses and Ocean Monuments. The pack also includes shaders and performance and quality-of-life additions, and provides a premade server pack for playing with friends.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.21.1 · NeoForge, 18 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 30 Sep 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the projects yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 271 of its 273 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
8 mods send something about you
We read the code of 261 of its 265 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 19 of the 210 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
3 other mods show AI use only from after this release (18 Oct 2026), so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
55 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and code history yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
