Build a skyblock factory with quests, machines, magic, and more.

Factory in the Sky 3 is a modded skyblock pack that starts you on a tree above the void and uses quests to guide a progression through technology, magic, farming, automation, and exploration. Its content includes resource chickens and blood- and botany-based systems, alongside tech such as Mekanism, Thermal, Refined Storage, Extreme Reactors, and Draconic Evolution. The pack supports early resource gathering by letting players grow saplings and crops by twerking, and expands toward flight and space travel with Iron Jetpacks, Angel Rings, Ad Astra, and related additions. Players can automate production with tools including pipes, storage networks, Botany Pots and Trees, and Industrial Foregoing, while farming and chickens provide additional ways to generate resources. The adventure also includes boss fights described as tougher than the Wither and Ender Dragon, dragon mounts for crossing the void, and decorative options such as Chipped blocks, framed blocks, furniture, and fairy lights.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 8 Nov 2025). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 4 May 2025 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 198 of its 201 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
5 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 199 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI named in 2 of the 160 mods we checked
We found an AI tool named in them, or their authors declare AI content.
11 other mods show AI use only from after this release (8 Nov 2025), so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
39 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
