A deep-sea survival modpack!
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 164 graded mods, 53 are graded A or B, 39 C and 72 D to F. Its last update came out 7 years ago, for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
High Tide is a deep-sea survival modpack built around starting underwater and progressing from a precarious ocean-floor beginning toward a developed base. You spawn in deep water among glowing coral and darkness, and the quest book guides you through rationing your supplies and making an underwater shelter. With no ore generation in the Overworld, the pack steers resource gathering toward Chickens, Environmental Tech, and Mystical Agriculture, while the Deep Dark offers a more traditional mining option. As resources accumulate, progression opens into tech mods including Thermal Expansion, Ender IO, and Draconic Evolution, supporting the growth of an underwater home, compound, or larger settlement. The Nether is flooded, leaving fortresses as the main destinations amid the lava below.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 8 Nov 2019). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
3 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 20 Apr 2019 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 169 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
5 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 169 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 5 of the 86 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
83 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
