Build and manage villages while advancing through technological ages.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 117 graded mods, 41 are graded A or B, 20 C and 56 D to F. Its newest release is for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
Life in the Industrial Village is a village-management modpack built around advancing through technological ages, extending the Life in the Village pack with additions that deepen progression. Its central additions combine colony development with machinery: Steve’s Carts and Refined Storage support automation, while Immersive Engineering brings steam-powered, industrial-style machinery that changes the look and feel of villages. The pack also includes Millénaire, Minecolonies and Tektopia for village and colony play, alongside Tinkers’ Construct and Construct’s Armory for crafting and equipment. Survival is made more demanding with Hunger Overhaul, improved hunger mechanics, tougher mobs and Serene Seasons, while Tinkers-related additions provide further crafting options.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 26 Apr 2020). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 27 Mar 2020 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 121 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
6 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 120 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI use from before this release (26 Apr 2020) in the 64 mods we checked.
6 mods show AI use only from after it, so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
56 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
