Sci-fi and tech mods that complement the Tardis Mod.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 218 graded mods, 163 are graded A or B, 42 C and 13 D to F. Its last update came out 7 weeks ago, for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Tardis Engineers 4 is a science-fiction and technology modpack built around the New TARDIS Mod, bringing time-and-space travel together with tools for engineering, exploration, and building. The central TARDIS experience includes a Steam Console room, a Fabrication Room once used for factory building, and abandoned corridors that players can explore and repair. Doctor Who: Regeneration and Weeping Angels add further Doctor Who content, while Create 6.0 and its add-ons, Immersive Engineering, Alchemistry, and Tetra provide machinery, crafting, and technology-focused play. Building, Mining, and Charging Gadgets offer practical tools, and Immersive Aircraft, Small Ships, aleki's Nifty Ships, Let's Forge Pirates, and Wormhole add vehicles, ships, and portals. Exploration ranges from new worlds and biomes with Ad Astra, Regions Unexplored, and Tropicraft to villages, dungeons, and structures from Better Villages, Dungeons and Taverns, Explorify, Repurposed Structures, and YUNG's Better series. The pack also adds creatures and companions, including Critters and Companions, Naturalist wildlife, Human Companions, Ribbits, and guard villagers, alongside food and farming content such as Farmer's Delight and its add-ons, Chef's Delight, and the Bakery, Brewery, Farm & Charm, and Vinery mods. Decorative options include Chipped, Handcrafted, Decorative Blocks, Supplementaries, Immersive Paintings, and Engineer's Decor, while Pocket Storage and Sophisticated Backpacks and Storage support carrying and organizing supplies. An FTB Quests questline is described as a guide to getting started with the New TARDIS Mod, though its availability is conditional on that mod becoming public.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 9 Sep 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
2 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 21 Jul 2025 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 218 of its 220 projects, without running them.
We have not checked the files in the pack itself yet (settings, scripts).
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
7 mods send something about you
We read the code of 204 of its 205 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 5 of the 172 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
11 other mods show AI use only from after this release (9 Sep 2026), so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
33 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
