Vault Hunters Remastered is a fresh-start edition of the RPG-focused Vault Hunters modpack, preserving its central adventure while revising the mod list and refreshing world generation. Players gather Raw Chromatic Iron and Vault Stone to build a Vault Altar, fulfill the changing item requests of Vault Rocks, craft Vault Crystals, and open a portal to the procedurally generated Vault dungeon. Vault runs offer loot and riches but grow more challenging and rewarding as players level up; progression also involves developing talents and abilities, researching mods to unlock them, and collecting 25 unique artifacts to open the final challenge. The pack adds custom Vault gear, tools, currency, items, mobs, and bosses, and reworks vanilla gear and enchantments to fit alongside Vault equipment. After defeating the final boss, players gain access to Greed, Update 21’s end-game loot system. Regions Unexplored replaces Terralith, bringing refreshed world generation and more diverse biomes; the revised mod list also adds Industrial Foregoing, LaserIO, PneumaticCraft: Repressurized, and Sophisticated Storage. Multiplayer supports running Vaults together and sharing mod research, and the pack also offers a Sky Vault map for a sky-island start where players must obtain altar requirements in the Vault.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.18.2 · Forge, 15 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 13 Oct 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 166 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
5 mods send something about you
We read the code of 165 of its 166 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 15 of the 135 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
31 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
