A Create modpack with extra machines and smoother gameplay.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 79 graded mods, 69 are graded A or B, 9 C and 1 D to F. Its last update came out 4 months ago, for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Create: More Add-ons and Optimizations is a Create-centered modpack that expands mechanical building while adding tools for smoother, more convenient survival and exploration. Its Create additions include metallurgy machinery for metal processing, diesel generators and electricity-driven machines, automated trading, mechanical spawners, utility components, customizable cannons, powered jetpacks, and steam trains. These systems support projects such as automated factories spanning resource processing through finished goods, and can work together, for example by using diesel generators to power Create: New Age machinery. For everyday play, Waystones provide fast travel, Sophisticated Backpacks expand storage, and One Key Miner speeds resource gathering; JEI, Jade, and Xaero’s maps assist with recipes, block information, and navigation. Embeddium targets smoother performance, Oculus supports shader rendering, and Dynamic Lights improves the appearance of complex machinery.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 30 Jun 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 6 Jun 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 80 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
4 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 80 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 11 of the 80 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
