Break one block, unleash chaos. Tech, magic, and survival in a sky full of surprises.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 153 graded mods, 129 are graded A or B, 21 C and 3 D to F. Its last update came out 15 months ago, for Minecraft 1.21.1. See the mods
Chaos OneBlock is a modpack built around survival in a sky or void world that begins with a single block. Breaking that block replaces it with a random block drawn from the modded content, turning each break into an unpredictable source of materials and challenges. Players can build outward from scratch, explore, fight chaotic mobs and events, and develop from basic survival into technology, automation, and magic. Its highlighted mods include Create, Mekanism, Ender IO, and Applied Energistics 2 for machinery and factory building, while KubeJS supplies custom OneBlock logic and FTB Quests offers optional progression. The pack is designed for multiplayer as well as solo play, with custom arenas or open-sky worlds among its possible settings.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.21.1 · NeoForge, 13 Jul 2025). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 29 Jun 2025 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 153 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
5 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 153 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 14 of the 125 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
28 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
