A Cobblemon modpack with battles, exploration, and plenty to do.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 117 graded mods, 89 are graded A or B, 24 C and 4 D to F. Its last update came out 10 days ago, for Minecraft 1.21.1. See the mods
Cobblemon Apex is a performance-focused modpack built to streamline Cobblemon play on the Apex Cobblemon server, combining more than 90 curated mods with quality-of-life, visual, and server-specific features. Its battles range from raids, where players fight through minion waves before facing a catchable boss, and server-wide World Boss fights to dynamically generated Battle Tower opponents and rare Apex Boss encounters. Outside battles, players can breed Pokémon, pursue Pokédex rewards, raise Catch Combos to improve shiny and hidden-ability spawn chances, track hunts, find species outbreaks and rare Rustles, and explore reworked terrain across 17 Safari biomes. The server adds long-term activities including 30 badge tasks for Crown Ranks, four trainable skills with more than 15 abilities, fishing for 120 Trophy Fish with 24 perk upgrades, and tournaments alongside parkour, elytra, and sumo events. Players can also build community and trade through guilds, player warps and shops, WonderTrade, and a global player-driven Pokémon marketplace, while more than 1,700 unlockable cosmetics include wearable items, furniture, chat pins, and emotes. The pack's Apex Integration client mod adds custom screens for the Pokémon wiki, player profiles, and cosmetic wardrobe, plus a PokéNav that shows which Pokémon may appear nearby and the factors affecting their appearance. It also includes a soundtrack of more than 50 classic Pokémon songs, with distinct music for gyms, the Safari, and Battle Tower, and optional proximity voice chat. Using the official pack on the server also grants a random shiny Pokémon, a shiny-spawn-rate bonus, and access to an exclusive kit.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.21.1 · Fabric, 16 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 12 Oct 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 119 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
7 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 112 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 8 of the 104 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
8 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
