A Skyblock modpack with quests, resource gathering, and new dimensions.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 200 graded mods, 149 are graded A or B, 34 C and 17 D to F. Its last update came out 3 days ago, for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Egged Up is a skyblock modpack inspired by Project Ozone and SkyFactory, built around starting with nothing and creating every resource in the game. Players can choose from multiple starting islands, sieve for resources, breed chickens to produce ores, and venture into dimensions such as Blue Skies, the Twilight Forest, and The Aether for additional riches. Its progression is organized into more than 1,800 quests across 26 chapters, including quest lines for sieving, chickens, Mekanism, Blood Magic, and energy systems such as Powah and Big Reactors; a coin shop offers rewards. The pack includes custom recipes, mechanics, and mods, alongside tools and systems such as Applied Energistics 2, Refined Storage, Ex Deorum, Big Reactors, Powah, and Resource Chickens. Apotheosis lets players craft God-Forged gear, and the pack can be played with friends.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 21 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 15 Oct 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the mods we checked
We checked 195 of its 201 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
5 mods send something about you
We read the code of 195 of its 201 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 13 of the 157 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
44 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
