About
Encrypted_ is a sci-fi questing modpack built around chemistry, technology, and magic, with the story beginning in an empty simulation and a goal of returning to reality. Players progress through its mods by building complex machines and factories, working toward crafting creative items and completing the pack’s quest-driven journey. Its technology content includes Mekanism, Create, and Thermal, while its magic content includes Blood Magic, Hexerei, Mahou Tsukai, and Mana and Artifice.

No harmful code found in the mods we checked
We checked 304 of its 307 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.

8 mods send something about you
We read the code of 304 of its 307 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.

We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
How we checked
- Author on ModrinthThe disclosure form on Modrinth. Since 13 Aug 2026, Modrinth's rules require it when a substantial part of the code is AI output, when an asset is mainly AI output, or when the project or its page relies on generative AI.Not on Modrinth.
