Fallen Realms is an exploration- and boss-focused RPG modpack built around a quest-guided journey to defeat powerful guardians and save the realm. At world creation, players can choose from more than 20 origins, while new terrain, dungeons, and portals to other dimensions offer places to explore, loot to discover, and dangerous creatures to face. The pack includes over 40 bosses, including the Netherite Monstrosity, Ender Guardian, Harbinger, Leviathan, Ancient Remnant, and Ignis; one major End progression step requires finding 12 ender eyes before challenging an overhauled Ender Dragon. Combat replaces simple rapid striking with weapon swings, stabs, and ground-smashing attacks, alongside a dodge; players can also build a spellcasting style, with more than 100 spells across fire, ice, ender, evocation, holy, blood, lightning, and nature categories. Character power develops through a skill tree and item reforging, while mobs gain levels and traits that affect their drops and abilities, with threats growing as players travel farther from their starting point. More than 1,000 quests guide progression through the pack, including questlines for Twilight Forest, Ars Nouveau, Simply Swords, Cataclysm bosses, and the Forgotten Warehouse, where players can buy additional curio slots. After defeating the Ender Dragon, players can raise a dragon that later fights alongside them and can be ridden for exploration.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.19.2 · Forge, 23 Feb 2024). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
2 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 11 Feb 2024 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 343 of its 345 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
7 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 327 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 32 of the 278 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
49 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
