A horror modpack filled with frightening creatures and haunted worlds.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 320 graded mods, 267 are graded A or B, 48 C and 5 D to F. Its last update came out 2 days ago, for Minecraft 1.21.1. See the mods
Horrorland 2 is a horror-focused Minecraft modpack that combines psychological and classic horror with exploration, combat, and base building, including play with friends in multiplayer. Its threats are designed to hunt, haunt, and startle players, while immersive sounds and haunting visuals help make caves, shadows, and nighttime feel dangerous. The pack includes cave-focused horror content such as Cave Dweller ReEvolved and Some Spooky Cave Additions: Rekindled, alongside EvilCraft. Exploration extends to new dimensions and worlds, giving players more places to encounter the pack’s creatures and face its survival challenges.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.21.1 · NeoForge, 23 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 19 Oct 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 320 of its 322 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
8 mods send something about you
We read the code of 314 of its 315 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 30 of the 262 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
53 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
