A wild mix of machines, dangerous dungeons, and familiar favorites.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 508 graded mods, 329 are graded A or B, 118 C and 61 D to F. Its last update came out 15 months ago, for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Beyond Crazycraft is a large, modern take on Crazycraft that brings together technology, exploration, combat, and familiar Crazycraft-style mods in one challenging modpack. Its technology side includes Immersive Engineering, Create, and Electrodynamics, with a broad set of Create add-ons and Mekanism machinery for building and processing. Exploration ranges across dungeon and world-generation content such as Castle Dungeons, Dungeon Crawl, When Dungeons Arise, the Aether, and the Twilight Forest. The pack also features unusual creatures and gear, including Inventory Pets, Mutant Beasts, Marvel-themed content, and Hats, while gallery examples show Farlander homes, an Obsidian Tower guarded by an Ender Titan, and a hostile airship encounter. Food and survival aids such as Spice of Life: Carrot Edition and Luminium help players stay alive amid the pack’s dangerous encounters.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 17 Jul 2025). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 18 Sep 2024 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the projects yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 503 of its 515 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
3 mods send something about you
We read the code of 470 of its 478 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 23 of the 383 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
95 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
