Concatenation is a quest-driven modpack in which players choose one of four tarot-themed starting pathways, follow a branching progression, and ultimately bring the pathways together to uncover the secret of The World arcana. The Hierophant starts with oreberry cloning, quarrying, and early digital storage before moving toward traditional technology, while the Hermit develops specialized smeltery tools and uses them to make materials for Create machinery. The Magician begins with elemental magic, sources, and infusion, then advances into elaborate spellcraft and relics; the Temperance path explores broom flight, potion-making, necromancy, and later blood-based magic. The pack includes over 1,100 hand-crafted, lore-rich quests, more than 2,300 modified recipes, and custom items and workstations that connect mod content and shape progression. Custom blocks and items, retextured content, and adjusted recipes, loot tables, and alternate crafting routes give the progression and world a tailored visual and gameplay identity. The world includes a quarrying dimension made for the pack, a custom Thermae-and-Heater multiblock, and examples of generated landscapes such as savanna. Seasonal updates introduce rotating events with their own questlines and rewards.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 21 Sep 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 27 Aug 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the projects yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 457 of its 464 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
19 mods send something about you
We read the code of 445 of its 450 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 29 of the 372 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
78 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
