No harmful code found in the projects we checked

We checked 508 of its 513 projects, without running them.

We have not checked the files in the pack itself yet (settings, scripts).

Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.

7 mods send something about you

We read the code of 492 of its 496 mods, without running it.

Entity CullingCrash reportsFancyMenuCrash reportsNot Enough AnimationsCrash reportssparkData we could not identifyCrash AssistantData we could not identifyNeruina - Ticking Entity FixerData we could not identifyChunkyUsage data

Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.

AI used in 2 of the 419 mods we checked

We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.

30 other mods show AI use only from after this release (13 Feb 2026), so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.

Made with AI: not checked yet

We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.

Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

    • Author on ModrinthThe disclosure form on Modrinth. Since 13 Aug 2026, Modrinth's rules require it when a substantial part of the code is AI output, when an asset is mainly AI output, or when the project or its page relies on generative AI.
