Kingdoms and Colonies Rebirth is a survival RPG modpack that brings together magic, technology, building, exploration, and challenging endgame bosses. Nearly 200 quests introduce and reward exploration of the pack’s mods, while progression also lets players raise their maximum health through quests, breaking monster spawners, and exploring caves reached with deciphered cave tablets. Survival has a tougher early game: players begin with six hearts, natural healing is slower, and powerful monsters appear at night. The pack includes Create and Mekanism for technology and automation, MineColonies for building settlements with NPCs and jobs, and Farmer’s Delight for additional crops and cooking. Players can build and decorate with hundreds of new blocks and 3D décor, explore the Aether dimension and its addon content, and encounter content from Alex’s Mobs and Caves. Travel options include boats, gliders, cars, planes, and rideable mounts; combat and loot include guns, magic and RPG-style weapons, new armor, stronger enemies, and dungeons, bosses, and trinkets. An official multiplayer server is included, with an anarchy-style world where players can claim land to prevent griefing and set permissions for other players.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 16 Feb 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 16 Feb 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the projects yet.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
9 mods send something about you
We read the code of 241 of its 244 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 10 of the 205 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
39 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
